VendBack provides a platform that allows vending machine operators to receive customer feedback through QR codes and online tools. We do not operate vending machines ourselves.

- Fees are billed according to the plan you select and are non-refundable unless required by law.
- We reserve the right to update pricing with reasonable notice.
4. Intellectual Property

- You retain ownership of any feedback data you collect from your customers through VendBack.
5. Prohibited Conduct

- Misuse the platform or attempt to disrupt its functionality.
- Upload or distribute unlawful, offensive, or harmful content.
- Resell, sublicense, or reverse-engineer any part of VendBack.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
VendBack is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Service's accuracy, availability, or suitability for your specific needs.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VendBack shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
